Report a Claim

Please call 01 277 0394 or send an email to [email protected] to report a claim

If you are an existing customer, kindly login into the Insurance Module of the  Stanbic IBTC Mobile App by following the steps below;

• Login with your registered email address and passcode
• Navigate to the required policy and click the claim icon
• Upload images of the damage (for a vehicle claim, upload images of the damage showing the car registration)
• Input the date of incident
• Include the circumstances of the incident and submit claim
