Renew your Policy

If you are an existing customer, kindly login into the Insurance Module of the Stanbic IBTC Mobile App by following the steps below;

• Login with your registered email address and passcode
• On the policy, click the renew icon and follow the prompts
• Upload your means of ID and any other required document
• Once completed, confirm the details you have supplied and make payment
  * you can renew a lapsed policy or extend the insurance on a running policy
