Temitope is an accomplished accountant, auditor, and human resources personnel with over 25 years work experience.  

Prior to her appointment as Executive Director, Temitope served as Head, Group Internal Audit, Stanbic IBTC Bank. She served in various leadership capacities within the Bank which included, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Branch network and human capital, where she was responsible for crafting and delivering the people agenda for the Bank, developing and executing the Bank’s compensation and benefit strategies as well as talent retention, acquisition and performance management mandates.

Temitope had her first degree in Mathematics & Statistics from the University of Lagos and her Master’s degree in International Human Resources Management from Cranfield University, United Kingdom.  She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, (FCA), a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Development UK, (FCIPD), and a Chartered Reward Specialist. Temitope is also a Senior Certified Professional – Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM - SCP), Full member – Chartered Institute of Personal Management (MCIPM), a certified Global Remuneration Professional - WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals, USA, a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) and a Certified Internal Auditor – (CIA).
