Adebisi is a graduate of Chemical Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University  of Technology. He qualified as an associate member of the  Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) in April 2013. He is also an  Associate member of the Institute for Operations Research of Nigeria  (INFORN). He is a holder of master’s in business administration of the Business 
School of Netherlands (BSN)

He started his insurance career with AIICO Insurance Plc in 2008 as an engineer in the claims department where he was trained on inspection and adjustment of losses. After two successful years in AIICO, he proceeded to WAPIC 
Insurance Plc (Now Coronation Insurance Plc) in 2010 where he served in different roles in underwriting, survey, claims, product development and sales for five and half years. 

He joined Stanbic IBTC Insurance Brokers Limited (SIIBL) in August, 2015 as Head of Claims and was appointed as Head Business Development effective 01  August 2022.
