Joyce has over 23 years’ experience in the financial services industry with diverse exposure in various segments spanning Oil and Gas large conglomerates with a strong focus in Investment and Project Financing. Her key strength includes building high performing teams, discovering and converting investment opportunities through sustainable business decisions. She served as the Group Head of Upstream Oil and Gas in Access Bank Nigeria as well as a Non-Executive Director (Chairman of the HR and Remuneration Committee) in Access Bank Ghana before she joined Stanbic IBTC Bank in 2019 as the Sector Head for Oil and Gas. 

Joyce is currently the Head, Client Coverage Stanbic IBTC Bank. She holds a B.Sc. in Anatomy and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is also a Chartered holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFA).
