Anthony Mogekwu is an alumnus of the University of Benin, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree (LL. B). He also holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1995. He has over 22 years post call experience in the Financial Services sector and has gained tremendous experience in retail and corporate banking, asset management, custodial services and company secretarial services with expertise in loan documentation, including drafting and negotiating of documents utilised for loan syndications.  

He has invaluable experience in transactions involving small, medium and large-scale industries and businesses. He is currently responsible for the coordination of the Legal Services team that supports both the PBB business line and the Corporate Functions.
