Anselem is the Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Insurance Brokers Limited. He is an accomplished underwriter and insurance broker with over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of insurance, both life and non-life. He was the Managing Director/CEO of Insurance PHB and Legacy Insurance Brokers.  He also worked with DBLS Insurance Brokers and Central Insurance Company.

Anselem holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Political Science and Administrative Studies from the University of Port- Harcourt with an MBA in Marketing Management. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and also a certified member of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers.
