Ibiyemi is an alumna of the Harvard Business School and the Lagos Business School. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Master’s degree in International Business Economics from the University of Westminster, UK.

Ibiyemi has over 16 years’ experience in Finance, Strategy, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing and Corporate Branding & Communication. She was a member of the Management Investment Committee and a member of the Pension industry - PENOP Branding Committee. She is currently responsible for the coordination of Sales and Business Development drive for Stanbic IBTC Insurance Brokers Limited.
